A very fine old carved wooden ceremonial mask embellioshed with traditional red textile cloth mask over the eyes as well as elaborate bradied hair coiffure, metal teeth and hammered aluminum accents. Dan Kono peoples, Guinea, West Africa. The mask measures 10 inches tall, with coiffure it is 16 x 10 inches. A display stand will also be included.
